New Social Media Marketing Service by Marc Charles

| 0 komentar |
Greetings:

Im wrong about many things.

I said Walmart would never make it online.

I said cannabis would never be legalized.

I said old world paper financial newsletters were dead :)

I also said "social media marketing" is a pathetic joke. Well....I still believe that to a degree. Some people are selling products and services via social media.....but very, very few.

Anyway.....there are some social media marketing services that are cheap enough to "test", and some of these actually work.

My friend and client, Igor, launched a new social media marketing company. It works :)

Make Money with Affiliate Marketing

If you have good number of visitors in your blog, forum, social media or any other online platform, then affiliate marketing will be the best option for you to earn online. Now a day’s affiliate marketing is one of the best income sources of bloggers. This article will provide you a guideline how you can become a successful affiliate marketer.

What is affiliate marketing?

In a simple sentence you will sell products or services of other person and by doing this you will get commission. The rate is usually between 20-50%. The more you sell the more you earn. You can sell multiple products at a time. You will earn only when someone buy those products through your link.

How to start:

There are many affiliate marketing websites such as Clickbank, Amazone associates, E-junkie, Affiliate Future  which creates a connection between you and the product owner. All you have to do is to just create an account in any of these websites. Creating account is easy and free. After that the most important thing comes which is choosing the product that you wish to sell. You will get a link of the product which you will show in your website. Next part of the article will give you the tips of selling more products.

How to sell:

To be a successful affiliate marketer you may apply following strategy.

  • 1.     First understand what type of products or services your visitors need. For example you run a website which gives the ideas of making money. So if you try to sell bodybuilding products through this website this will not be effective. Sell eBooks which gives the tutorial of money making.

  • 2.     Choose product wisely. Sell those products by which your visitors can be satisfied after buying the product. You must gain the trust of readers.

  • 3.     Create new technique to sell more but don’t try to cheat.

  • 4.     Let your readers know the benefits of the product and tell them how it can make their life easy.

  • 5.     Promote the products in your blog, social media. Make awesome video to tell the services of the product.

  • 6.     Try to get more visitors and remain contact with your current visitors so that they don’t leave you.

Don’t make these mistakes:

False claims: Don’t give false information about the products or service to increase sell. It may increase your sell at first but in the long run you will lose the trust of your visitors. Tell them why the service looks awesome to you and by buying it what service will they get? So don’t try to cheat and be honest and success will run after you.

Not comparing with others: Suppose you want to sell a product but there are many similar products like that which give same service. So readers get confused which one is to buy. If you compare two or three products and tell them why this one is better than others then it will be helpful to reader to take decision.

Don’t know the source: Another mistake that beginners do is that they do not want to know from where (webpage) the sell came from. Know which page is giving you the best sell and emphasize on it.

Joining many sites: Don’t join many affiliate programs at first. At the same time don’t try to sell many products at once. Choose wisely the product and start promoting them in an effective way.

Cosplay Spotlight Tony

| 0 komentar |
At the 2011 Philadelphia Comic Con (also known as the Wizard World Philly show) I had the pleasure of meeting Tony, who immediately caught my attention in his Static Shock cosplay.
Tony is an avid cosplayer who has been enjoying the art of costuming since 2006. He is a fan of everything from Thundercats to the Power Rangers and uses his talents to bring these characters to life.

Regular readers may be noticing a trend on the Confessions of a Cosplay Girl Blog; cosplay spotlights featuring talented and hot male cosplayers. Cute cosplay girls and booth babes are a dime a dozen. As a geek girl myself I appreciate attractive male cosplayers and feel that they do not receive as much media attention or are given as much credit as females in the comic world. I plan to change that and do my part by featuring them on my Blog. It is my pleasure to showcase Tony in this current edition of the Cosplay Spotlight. Read on to learn more about him, his encounter with Geoff Johns and what comic book he would like to see turned into the next Hollywood Blockbuster.

Victoria: How long have you been cosplaying and what made you decide to dive into the world of costuming?

Tony:  I have been cosplaying since 2006. I guess my first convention Big Apple Comic Con was the deciding moment and I wore a Green Lantern suit and was totally hooked after that.

Victoria: Do you make your own costumes or do you hire commissioners?

Tony: Its a mix of both Id say 1/3 of all my costumes are commissioned and the other are done by me.

Victoria: What costumes do you have planned for the future?

Tony: I plan on another Power Ranger, Conner Kent (cause I can. lol), an updated version of Elijah Bradley (Patriot), Tigra from Thundercats, Cyrax & Eddy Gordo, just to name a few.

Victoria: Static Shock is one of my favorite characters and you are hands down the best Static cosplayer Ive seen! Tell me about the costume and why you decided to cosplay him.

Tony:  I love Static & since there werent many young Black Heroes that had locks and since I had them, I was like why the hell not. It was probably my most difficult costume to make (I never made a jacket before and was like Im always up for a challenge). I also had to learn to screen print to make the shirt.

Victoria: Are you as frustrated as I am that his animated series hasnt been released on DVD?

Tony: Frustrated, no.... Pissed off YES!!!

Victoria: I see youre a big fan of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Which Ranger do you cosplay?

Tony: I Cosplay the Green Ranger (Tommy Oliver) & SPD Red Ranger both B-Squad Cadet and Morphed versions.

Victoria: As a minority myself I have personally dealt with people making racist comments regarding my cosplay (online). Have you ever endured similar experiences and if so, how do you cope?

Tony: I have always cosplayed minority characters until I dawned my Green Ranger and I was lucky enough that it was so epic that everyone loved it. It actually cause of you and some other friends of mine that Im ready to tackle any hero or villain I choose.

Victoria: What has been your best and most memorable convention experience?

Tony: Meeting Geoff Johns last year at NYCC dressed as Aqualad from Brightest Day. I walked to the DC booth and the line was cut off for the signing he was like "WOAH" and he autographed my book and I got a picture with him. I wont say it was the best but its definitely tied for the top spot with 2 other experiences I had at cons. lol.

Victoria: What comic book would you like to see turned into a film adaptation?

Tony: Static Shock but the storyline from Milestone Forever (this way I can play Virgil. lol).

Victoria: Marvel or DC?

Tony: DC till the day I die! However Marvel does hold a little spot in my heart.

Make Money Article Marketing

make money article marketing

Article marketing is one of the mainstays of Internet marketing. It is a simple idea that works surprisingly well. It is also a marketing method that practically anyone can do, as it requires no special skill besides writing, which most people can already do.

Articles on the Internet can be of varying length. Around 500 words is probably the most common length, though 400 words is also becoming increasingly common. This length of text is long enough to make a point, but not so long that it becomes boring. It fits in well with the busy lives of those who use the Internet and provides relatively short snippets of information that are long enough to be useful.

There are hundreds of article directories scattered around the Internet. The best known of these for article marketing purposes is EzineArticles . This is a well established directory that draws one of the biggest crowds of people to any directory.

Articles are usually submitted to as many free article directories as possible, and there are many kinds of special software to assist in the respect, such as the free article submitter offered by Brad Callen, which also has a paid for upgrade option:http://articlesubmitter.imwishlist.com/

The idea behind article marketing is simple enough. You write an informative article, in a "how to" style, or a "step-by-step" style, and at the end of the article you are allowed to have a resource box, also known as an authors bio box.

This is a short sentence or two that briefly describes the author and can include a live link to a site where further information can be found. This is the real value of article marketing; it provides a valuable back link to a site owned by the author of the article.

The article can also generate traffic to the website linked to from the resource box. However, this traffic is usually not very large, and it usually peaks after a few weeks or months at best. The article page in the directory can of course rank in Google, Yahoo and Bing in its own right. And because it is part of an authority site, the article directory, it is likely to rank better than it might otherwise.

Back links from the article resource box is not necessarily limited to just that from the article directory. Ezines, or online newsletter, can freely publish the article provided they keep the resource box intact. This gives the ezine or newsletter a fresh source of content, and it provides another valuable back link to the website linked to.

A popular article might get syndicated a hundred times or more over its lifetime, and each time it happens it becomes yet another back link to the promoted site. In this way article marketing is basically two fold: the initial instance is a back link and a source of traffic to the site it points to, and it can be picked up by ezines and newsletters to provide further traffic and more back links.

Article marketing is known for its longevity. One popular article can spread around the Internet and become viral. This is especially so if it is submitted to hundreds of article directories. It can provide an ever-increasing source of back linking for the promoted site as well as traffic that will last for years to come.

San Diego Comic Con 2011

*Sigh* Teaching, modeling, family life & life in general is really taking its toll on me. I am completely and utterly exhausted. Not to mention a tangled love life and  my train hit and killed a man on my way to work last week. I really and truly need a vacation and have to get away from it all. I think Im under the delusion that I am really a Wonder Woman and have to do it all. Im going to end up in the hospital if I dont slow down, which is something my doctor yelled at me about last year.

This years Comic Con was a whirlwind. Traveling from the east coast to the west cost is very exhausting. Lucky enough, my gal pal Haydn Porter (the super gorgeous playboy model) and I were on the same connecting flight to Cali so we got off the plane together and shared a cab to our hotel, went shopping and had lunch on the town with a new fellow Slave Leia named Rebecca while we waited for our manager to arrive. Entertainment Weekly stopped by my room shortly after to photograph me for their feature "Slave Leia: Some Assembly Required" (which can I say, how stoked I was to be the subject of an article by this famed magazine! AWESOME!). I asked Haydn to be in on it to; they photographed my progress on becoming Slave Leia and even followed me to the convention where Haydn and I were working that night (preview night). Because of the press I get and my online following, Rebecca has nicknamed me "Celebrity Leia". LOL Check out the article here: http://www.ew.com/ew/gallery/0,,20399642_20511850,00.html

On Preview Night I met the creator of the Monster High dolls, which I collect and am a massive fan of. I got to talk to him for a while and he was very nice and even took a pic of us together with his phone. The rest of the show is such a whirl wind; I posed for so many pics, attended the Slave Gathering, did interviews, met fans from Twitter and Facebook, met up with friends like artist Billy Tucci, attended a private Lucasfilm party, went to South Park Land, hung with friends and ended the trip with seeing Captain America. I wore my Catwoman costume, Belle and Lara Croft. Sadly there was no time for Wonder Woman and Supergirl although I packed them. Did lots of shopping for myself and loved ones and met super amazing cosplayer Joanie (who also made my Supergirl outfit) and Emily Ruth (we were Disney Princesses together). I also worked at the Terminal Alice booth dressed as their character Cara with my girls as two of the other characters. Made lots of new friends and posed with one of the best Lara Croft cosplayers, Vera Vanguard. Many of the Slave Leias this year were absolute dolls.

The fans seemed more aggressive this year. I dont know why certain people think its okay to put their hand on my ass or ask creepy questions (are you alone?) or try to start arguments with me because Im in the middle of a telephone conversation and wont pose for a photo (boy did that guy get told off by Catwoman!). Comic Con is like a small country with no laws. Theres way too many people and not enough security. I have the most problems at this show because there isnt a constant male companion at my side like there is at hometown shows. Maybe I should hire a bodyguard next year. lol  Thank God for friends though. They kept me sane among the craziness. I guess I will finish out this blog by saying I was asked to return next year and probably will (I have a pretty sweet gig) and will probably take more days off before and after the show to recoup. I went back to work way too soon. Below are some of my favorite pics. Be sure to see the rest (as I slowly upload them) on my official Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/VictoriaCosplay

How to Profit from the Dark Internet “Underbelly” Over the Next 12 Months Using a Little-Known Skill

7:10 AM

Greetings:

Theres a battle raging beneath the Internet.

I’ll show you how to produce a nice income for yourself…in a great side business.

Or you can choose to leverage this market in a bigger way.

Here’s the deal…..

Like I said….there’s a war taking place in the Internet’s “underbelly”. It’s like the movie The Matrix, but this is real not a fantasy.

And actually, it’s not limited to the Internet. This warfare is taking place on corporate intranets, extranets, wireless networks and everywhere in between.
About the only place you won’t find a battle is on “dead drops”. Which are “off Internet” style P2P file sharing zones such as DeadDrops.com.

The problems are being caused by pesky little things called "bug variants."
A "bug variant" is a conscious software programming error which can have many different negative side effects.

For example, bug variants in Web browsers cause security breaches, deceptive downloads, automatic redirects and malicious viruses.

"Variants" are new strains of viruses which borrow code from other known viruses.

A letter or letters following the virus family name usually identifies the variants.
For example, AgentBKY, SmallDAM, VBS.LoveLetter.B., VBS.LoveLetter.C., and WareZOV are all “bug variants”.

Bug variants are easy to understand for people who know the basics of programming, viruses, and software architecture.

But get this.

There are incredible money making opportunities surrounding “bug variants” and the programming warfare taking place as we speak.

Heck….network security is the fastest growing sector in information technology!

One opportunity is professional hacking

Granted, you might not be tech savvy or even have an interest in this area. But you might know someone who is. Give them this information today!

What’s more, you can also invest in entrepreneurs and companies who are successful in network security, encryption, virus detection, IT forensics and professional hacking.

Believe me…this is a HOT rising trend.

Who would have guessed you could make money by eradicating bug variants on the Internet?

But its true!

Programming, professional hacking and network security is a legitimate business opportunity and the demand is growing like wildfire.

Robert Graham, founder and CEO of Errata Security, said, "We’re seeing kids playing and pretending to be masterminds, but recently, we saw the rise of the professional hacker. Many hackers are graduating into the professional ranks too. This development carries serious implications for corporate security."
And this is the opportunity for professional hackers.

How to Make Money as a Professional Hacker

One of the best ways to get started as a professional hacker is to start hacking.

I’m serious.

There are thousands of books and online tutorials available to help bring you up to speed.

But my 18-year-old son assures me the best “hacking” information and tutorials are posted online, in hacking forums, gaming chat rooms, and on encrypted websites.

Hackers get a "kick" out of divulging their escapades!

As Graham points out, ordinary programmers in a “job” write code to pay the bills.

But professional freelance hackers think of this as something to do for fun.
Most hackers are delighted to find someone willing to pay them to do it. But for many hackers, money is secondary or even relevant.

Dont get me wrong.

Im not suggesting your break into professional hacker to screw things up, steal, or cause malicious problems for people and businesses.

Im confident if more people learn how to hack and become "tech savvy" with regards to bug variants, viruses, and other network security issues, there will be fewer opportunities for wayward geeks to get their thrills.

The big money is in providing this service for large corporations, governments, military, education, health care, and e-commerce.

My preference would be to approach this market as a freelancer rather than an in-house hacker or in a “job”.

Granted, you may have to work with a company on a part-time or intern basis to get your feet wet.

There’s a new job title in networking and security circles, it’s called a "Chief Hacking Officer."

I’m not kidding.

There were hundreds of freelance programmer and hacker opportunities posted online on sites like CodeWalkers, HackingAlert.com, and DICE.
If you review these postings you’ll become familiar with what companies are looking for when it comes to professional hackers.

Many times professional hackers will also be referred to as “code specialists” and security programmers. But either way you’ll begin to see a tremendous need for professional hackers.

On top of that, the windows of opportunity have opened in three new sectors too: Google hacking, mobile phone (and iPhone) hacking, and Linux hacking. You can also join in the fun with online games.

This market is growing in leaps and bounds.  Google “hacking” and you’ll see what I mean.

On top of that, the money making potential in this sector is serious business.

Your humble host,

Marc Charles

******* Action Strategy *******
If youre new to hacking, and you have an interest in it, it’s fairly simple to bring yourself up to speed.

One of the best ways to learn hacking is on hacking websites, forums, discussion lists, and IT Security websites which are devoted to the area.
There are a certification courses in "ethical hacking" too.

The Security Certified Network Architect (SCNA) offers one of the most respected courses.

If youre already proficient at programming and hacking and you want to start making money, the fastest way to get started is by posting your availability on the most popular security boards.  I’ve included a ton of links to them in the Valuable Resources section.

Simply post your qualifications and expertise or interest on the top hacking sites and forums.

I realize there’s a huge demand for a “high-level” security experts and hackers is with larger companies, corporations, governments, military, etc.

But there are plenty of opportunities in the small and medium sized business market too.

Direct marketing should be a part of any fast start strategy.

Most freelance programmers and hackers think marketing is a “sin” (and I know because I’ve hired, trained and worked with dozens of them).

But a simple, persuasive sales letter sent via FedEx to "A Prospects" (companies who hire professional hackers and security experts on a regular basis) could be very effective at securing projects.

Another approach is entering hacking tournaments.

If you place in the top percentile of these high-profile competitions, youll have more work and offers than you could ever handle.

DEFCON hosts one of the largest hacking events in the world.

You can also post a website or blog and “lace” it with security, virus and hacking terms with SEO and SEM in mind.

I helped a freelance programmer recently post his bio and expertise with a simple website and domain for under $100. He told me he receives quality traffic, inquires and leads every week. He hosts his bio/website free of charge on DotEasy.com.

Now we’re talking!

Look….it’s simple.

The security, hacking and virus sector of programming is a HOT rising trend. If you can hack and you know how to market and close contracts you’ll have more work and projects then you can handle.
Have fun!
Please send me your feedback and thoughts!
