Short URL And Earn Money

0 komentar
Today I will show you a website from where you can earn money by shorting URL. You can short any URL you want. Just short, share and earn money. No skill is needed. If you own a blog or website and have some visitors then it would be a great site to earn huge money. Don’t have a blog then share your link in facebook, twitter and other social media and attain your goal. The name of this website is adf.ly. It started its journey form 2009 and this site has already been proved as a trusted site.

Short URL And Earn Money

Create account:

Go to this Link. (Without referral link) You will see a dialog box like picture. Give full name, username, and in case of account type select Link shrinker.  Give strong password and fill the Captcha. Click right mark on terms and condition. Now click join. Then verify email.

Create account

How you will earn:

After creating account you will short the URL. Then you will share it to social media or blog. If someone click the URL and go to that site then you will earn money. The visitor has to wait 5 seconds to go to the website. In this time he will see an ad which is shown by advertisers. Advertisers pay for their ad. You collect visitors and adf.ly gets a commission. There are two types of viewing one is unique view and another is raw view. Suppose you have 3 adf.ly links in your website. A person has clicked all 3 ads in 24 hours. These are raw view. If 3 people click 3 ads in 24 hours then it will be considered as a unique view. If a person clicks one adf.ly for more than once then you will get money for 1 click. The rate of unique view and the rate of raw view are different. The rate also varies from country to country. See the rate hereRefer a friend and you will get 20% of his earnings for lifetime. You can see your referrals earning in the referral page.

How you short URL:

After log in you will come to your dashboard. There will be a shrink field. You just paste the URL of website and click shrink. Ant the link will be shrunken. You can shrink any URL. See the example. This is my website link: http://earnmoney-easytips.blogspot.com/after shrink it will look like this: http://adf.ly/13u8vv. See the picture below.

short url

There are many tools by which you can shrink quickly and automatically. You can find these tools in the tools page. If you want to shrink multiple URL at a time then you can use Mass shrinker tool. By this tool you can short 20 URL at a time.

short url 1

Another great tool is Multiple links. By this tool you can short all links of a webpage. To do that you need to get HTML code of that page. To get the HTML code click CTRL+U. Another window will open and from that page copy whole HTML and then paste in the box. See the picture.

short url 2

There are more tools to save your time like bookmarklate which can be installed in browser. When you visit a page simply just click “shorten with adf.ly” and it will short the URL. Another tool is plugin which you can integrate if you own a wordpress site.

Payment:

You can get your payment when you have 5$ in your account. Payment will be done 1stday of every month. You can get daily payments from this site if your account is at least 1 month old, you have not updated your account details and you have got payment once from this site. It supports Payoneer, Paypal, Payza. Minimum payout for Payoneer is 10$ .

Get visitors:

Simply just think the visitor can go a website from google so why they will want to go from your URL and stay 5 seconds. You need to give some things to visitors. I am not talking to give money to them. For example make a tutorial blog of photoshop and offer them to download free business card, free mockup, and free design. To get them they need to visit your URL and you will earn $$. You can also make a movie site from where movies can be downloaded. Make all download links short and earn money. You cannot click your URL but you can click once to test it. Sharing your link in social media also make $$ for you. Post your URL in others websites, forums. But make sure you are not spamming. You can post your URL in comment and can get visitor. So what are you waiting for start $$$.

More on selecting and teaching residents

0 komentar
A resident emailed me with some questions about surgical residency programs and education. For space considerations, his queries are incorporated with my answers.

Thanks for sending the link to the paper on selecting residents. Many surgeons feel that choosing athletes who played a varsity sport—team or individual—in college is a good way to pick residents. With one notable exception, my limited experience is consistent with that idea. Its limited because there are not enough applicants (at least not to programs I ran) who are athletes. I have a post coming out soon about the subject of "grit" or conscientiousness and selecting residents who have high grit levels. A recent paper suggests that residents who drop out of surgical programs might have low grit levels.

The resident who wrote to me suggested trying to choose applicants who fit in. At first glance, the idea is appealing. However, the matching process can thwart that goal because the people you think will fit in may not rank the program highly. If everyone based their selections on who fit in best, there might not be women or minorities in many programs.

Teaching residents how to dictate operative notes is important for residents. The problem with allowing a resident to dictate a case is that the dictation is a legal document and cannot be removed from the chart, particularly if it is an electronic medical record. I have always felt that if a resident cannot coherently dictate a case, she probably did not learn how to do it and would not be able to do it by herself. Practicing off-line using speech recognition technology could overcome this problem. The resident could dictate a draft which then could be gone over with the attending thereby achieving the feedback which is a very important part of learning.

Regarding the best use of limited didactic time, I have no brilliant answers. In fact, Im glad Im no longer a program director and dont have to deal with this difficult question. One often overlooked factor in work hours limits discussions is that conference time has been quite negatively impacted since 2003.

Because about one-third of residents must go home early every morning means that there are no longer any afternoon conferences or rounds. Cramming 2 or 3 hours of didactic time into a single morning goes against many principles of learning especially if the sessions are boring lectures which do not engage the audience. Intermittent bursts of teaching and/or practice have been found to be better for learning than long single sessions. In addition, there is so much more to learn because of the expanding body of knowledge and mandates from the RRC and other regulatory entities.

I have written several posts advocating teaching residents how to think rather than memorize facts which are available on a smartphone. Heres one from 2012. However, this will require a top to bottom reorganization of not only the way residents are taught, but also the way they are tested.

Please comment if you disagree or have something to add.

Cosplay Spotlight Hannah

0 komentar
Known as one of the best Harley Quinn cosplayers this side of the East Coast, Hannah sends comic book fans into a frenzy when she arrives on the convention floor.
Her accurate costume combined with her bubbly attitude and striking physical resemblance leads one to believe that one of Bruce Timms drawings has spontaneously sprung to life. Ive observed Hannah at several conventions and events and witnessed the joy she brings to those around her. Im so proud to call her my friend and have chosen her for the very first Cosplay Spotlight on my Blog. Read on to learn more about this truly amazing and talented artist who to many, is the one and only Harley Quinn.

Victoria: How long have you been cosplaying Harley Quinn and what made you decide to cosplay the character?

Hannah: I started cosplaying Harley in 2008. Some friends invited me to go to a convention with them, and they were planning on dressing up. Being that Harley is my FAVORITE comic character, it was a total no-brainer. She is spunky, creative, twisted, crazy and fun, so I totally identify with her

Victoria: Tell me about making the costume. You made it yourself, correct?

Hannah: Yes, I did make it myself. I had taken a basic sewing course in middle school and embroidered when I was a kid, but that was about the extent of my sewing experience. When I searched for information on Harley costumes that I could buy, they came up at $50 each, and were really not good quality...plus the color combination was off. Im kind of a perfectionist, and I wasnt willing to let those things happen if I was going to spend $50 on the costume.

Victoria: How long does it take you to put the clown makeup on?

Hannah: It usually takes around an hour and a half to two hours. I use a powder base for the white face, which takes several layers. The mask is painted by hand using Ben Nye Aquacake. Thats why the mask is slightly different each time I wear it. I prefer to use paint rather than latex for the mask, because Harleys mask acts like "eyebrows" to express her emotions. I find it more expressive to keep that a part of the look.

Victoria: Harley has sported a few different costume designs. What are your thoughts on her attire in Arkham Asylum and Arkham City and would you ever cosplay any of those outfits?

Hannah: Oy, I hate the Arkham Asylum outfit! Its like sexy nurse, middle school girl, goth, punk, grunge...all rolled up in one, un-Harleyesque outfit. Plus I dont think those things work well together. It doesnt fit well with the classy, sexy image shes had for so long.

Victoria: How do you feel about Harleys abusive relationship with the Joker?

Hannah: Harleys relationship with the Joker is really tough to manage, IMO. Its a real love/hate situation--the times when he acts sweet addicts her to him, and she sees him in "Harley-vision" as this wonderful, sweet, loving man who cares for her. Every now and then she gets moments of clarity: when Joker kicks her out of his gang, or does something terrible to her that makes her leave him. Those moments of clarity show that she can in some ways comprehend and digest the fact that he might not be the one for her. In reality, I think all she really wants is a man who she cares for, and who loves her (and makes her laugh).

Victoria: What about her close relationship with Poision Ivy?

Hannah: Harley as a character has the unique ability as a character to serve as a sidekick, partner or the leader of a gang. With Ivy, she was initially more of a sidekick, and has through time become a partner in their crime sprees. Theyve developed a very close relationship--often based in Ivy trying to save Harl from the Joker, Harley making somewhat of an effort, and then ending up pulled back to the Joker (or getting them landed in Arkham), thus enraging Ivy who refuses to talk to her again. Its happened a few times, most recently in a recent issue of Gotham City Sirens. Well see how this one plays out.

Victoria: What other characters have you dressed as?

Hannah: Ive cosplayed as a casual version of Harley Quinn, from Gotham City Sirens as well. Ive also dressed as Princess Garnet/Dagger, from Final Fantasy 9, and Sailor Moon, from the first season of her show. I have two costumes of Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender, one from the second book and the other as her Fire Nation disguise.

Victoria: Any future cosplays you have in store?

Hannah: Right now I am finishing up a Tomoe Tachibana costume, from Trauma Team, which you can see some pictures of on my Facebook. I am also working up a Harley-as-Arkham-Inmate costume for Wizard World Philly. My plan next year is to try to focus on doing Arkham City Harley.
